Randee Gilmore, President and Founder
Randee Gilmore is an accomplished growth leader and marketing and communications strategist with 15 years of experience in agency and in-house roles, partnering with B2B and B2C brands—from startups to Fortune 500 companies. She founded Real, Good Communications following a successful corporate communications career to pursue new challenges and partner with brands that align with her core values.
Prior to Real, Good Communications, she worked at top global advertising and PR agencies based in New York and Washington, D.C. There, she led the on-site media presence of CNN, C-SPAN, FOX, and NBC at the Global Women’s Cancer Summit for Susan G. Komen for the Cure; hosted press trips to Puerto Rico on behalf of the island’s tourism department; and partnered with the U.S. Army on branding efforts.
She then moved in-house to lead communications teams at a tech startup and global consulting firm. She oversaw initiatives including PR, events, content marketing, and executive communications, working alongside product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams. She led Snagajob’s 500-person user conference and oversaw a 50-year anniversary campaigns for more than 7,000 employees at ICF, a global consulting firm.
Career accolades include receiving the Gold Bulldog Media Relations Award for her work with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) while at Ogilvy and being nominated from 50 junior-level employees to participate in the 4As Institute Advanced Advertising Studies while at McCann. She previously served on the board of directors with Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR).
Randee holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. She lives in Virginia and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters, and goldendoodle.
